Specialized care competencies should reflect real practice. This may include working with stroke patients, orthopedic recovery, post-surgical care support, respiratory conditions, diabetes support, mobility limitations, neurological conditions, hospice and end-of-life comfort care, mental health awareness, and recognizing neglect or abuse. Our team is trained to recognize early warning signs: changes in breathing, skin color, mental status, level of consciousness, or infection indicators. Our team is skilled and trained to know exactly when and how to notify an RN or provider.
Mobility Assistance
Our team helps our clients move safely around their homes. This is crucial for preventing falls and injuries.

Safe transportation is offered to ensure that seniors get to medical appointments, shopping and social events.
Beyond driving with dignity
Is it time to take the keys? This service is designed to help senior drivers and their families work through the complicated issues of age related diminished driving skills with dignity. Sitters on Site can help an older driver with diminished skills, make a smooth transition from the driver’s seat to the passenger seat while ensuring that the individual can maintain as much independence as possible.
Medication management
Assistance with taking prescribed medications correctly is vital for maintaining health. Sitters on Site can assist with medication administration in the home. Our team is Medication Certified - including insulin.

We help individuals and families navigate, coordinate, and make informed decisions about care.
Housekeeping
Sitters on Site can provide household assistance with tasks such as laundry, meal planning, meal preparation, shopping, bill pay and use of telecommunication devices.

People with Alzheimer’s want to live well for as long as possible. The ability to remain healthy, active, engaged and independent are consistent desires identified by newly diagnosed individuals. Care partners play an important role in helping the person with dementia achieve these goals.
After surgery care
We can help with safety and prevention, reducing your risk of rehospitalization with assistance from Hospital-To-Home Care. We understand that people are happiest and healthiest when they recover where they are most comfortable - in their home.
